NVR Lite price change and offline license activation adjustment

This news update was originally released at 9/6, however, due to a suspected system-wide attack to Genius Vision technical and business consultation channels, we are making this updated adjustment:

1. Starting from December 2018, NVR Lite Edition will be adjusted to $50 USD/Channel.
2. The "license offline activation" mechanism (originally available at http://geniusvision.net/offline) will be stop working on Lite Edition, also starting from December 2018.
