Feature levels

Firstly, we introduce a "Patron+" new attribute to each tier of reward. To simplify, one either have this Patron+ attribute, or doesn't have. Pre-existing patrons are considered to have this attribute. The key-features corresponding to the Patron+ attribute can be broken-down as follows:
