Who developed the AplusView software?

As this article suggests, "AplusView" was an OEM rebrand of Genius Vision NVR older version of software.

Genius Vision NVR is developed by Genius Vision, who also owns all copyrights of the software in proprietary. The branding "AplusView" is owned by Asoni, however, Asoni doesn't own any copyrights of the software itself.

In a way of speaking, Asoni "licensed" the software from Genius Vision and make it appear to be "AplusView". Unfortunately the licensing contract has expired, and therefore the rights to continue to use the rebranded AplusView software is terminated.
