Why I don't receive any snapshot in email from NVR

NOTE: This function has been superseded, you are strongly recommended to use Mobile push instead, which is available since version 920.

Genius Vision NVR does not automatically include snapshots in email. Users need to specify which channels to be included. To include a channel, add a Channel Control entry and set CtrlRecord to record. (yes you must record to include snapshots, or the snapshots would be less useful)

And in Email settings, Email.Format must be set to 'snapshot'.

FTP is configured in a similar way, include Channel Control and set format.
