What is your refund policy?
Genius Vision NVR software is a piece of professional software and we always require the customer to test fully before purchase. We let customers to confirm that they have indeed tested the software and found the software is adequate for their use, in order to make an informed decision before pay.
Nevertheless, some customers might still want to request for refund for their own reasons. Specific cases might vary slightly, but generally speaking, if you request refund within the refund period of PayPal, we will unconditionally grant the refund request (through PayPal only). This type of refund is only offered once in lifetime. After refund, however, you will be banned permanently from any future purchase. (If you are a Value-Added-Reseller, you will also be disqualified.) As such, we would ask customers to request refund with cautious thought beforehands.
Please be noted however, the aforementioned refund will not be granted, if we suspect the license mechanism is being circumvented (usually through some combination with social engineering tricks).
There are some known exceptions regarding the refund policy above, such as "double pay" caused by user error, or choosing the wrong license type. However, the relaxation of rules for these exceptions are generally only available for first-time customers.
NOTE! If you are not paying through PayPal, this one-time unconditional refund offer does not apply.
