Will you fix the problems I encountered after I pay?

In order to avoid future misunderstanding, you should always try our software and be satisfied before you pay. There won't be functional differences before and after you pay, and it's not likely we will invest R&D to fix specific problems in small economic scale, unless someone can prove a problem is a system-wide issue.
