I can't connect to ONVIF camera of VendorX/ModelY. Please help.

In this case, you need to contact VendorX to test their ModelY camera against our software. (Since we may or may not have their camera and they can easily download our software. This will be a faster approach to your problem).

Since August 2013, we started ONVIF verification service. You may urge your supplier to join the program.
