We acquired license code some time ago, but we can't find them anymore. Can you resend?

Note: This article is regarding to online licensing. Please check the new NVR Software Subscription, a more versatile and cost-effective alternative to online licensing.

We can try to help you, only one time per order, if the time of purchase is within 12 months.

If the time of purchase is more than 12 months ago, then we're afraid we won't have the record in our database due to periodic database clean-up, thus won't be able to help you. Please seek help by contacting your staff who is in charge the license purchase, or alternatively search your own Email for such record. We regret not being more helpful on this matter.

Another option is you need to pay License Replenish Fees to reactivate license.

P.S. When making such request please provide proof of purchase.
