How to estimate fee required for consultant services? (including SDK tech-support, software-modification, or remote assistance)

Only subscribers/distributors who pay an monthly deposit (actual number is available upon request) are eligible for such services. The up-front payment will be converted to the same value for licensing fee deduction within the same contract year, along with the discount enjoyment, these subscribers are given the same amount of credit for “special services”, such as technical support on SDK, remote diagnostics, software modification.
When we receive the application for Consultant Service, we will estimate the ballpark figure of the cost. If the credit level is sufficient to cover the expense, we will then schedule the task.
The bill will be issued after the service is completed, not before.
The subscribers/distributors may consider to apply more Consultant Services once they are satisfied with both the result and the pricing of the previous one. However, having adequate credit level is prerequisite for getting these services.
All modification requests shall go through formal product development review process, and therefore we might not do arbitrary modification. Check See also section below.

“Project specific modification" in which specific time-frame is required (no matter what is asked to modify), and needs constant maintenance over time, in other words, annual renewal is required.
